Job Description

To provide superior 5-diamond service to all guests and
exceed their expectations. To be able to work
efficiently as a team with all other hotel associates.
Good knowledge of wines is necessary. Other liquor, beer
and wine knowledge an asset. To wait on tables promptly,
courteously, and serve the guests in any way possible.
Perform an other duties as assigned by restaurant
manager.

Job Requirements

Experience in an upscale /fine dining restaurant
preferred.
Good communication skills, flexible schedule to include
weekends and
holidays. Must be able to lift 20-30lbs. Must be TABC
certified. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a fine dining
establishment.
