Job Requirements

Prepare wholesome, fresh food items utilizing artful
arrangements, unique garnishes and coordinated service
equipment for both buffets and plated menus. Create
innovative presentations and combinations that emphasize
freshness, quality and flair, for all culinary
preparations, enhancing the perceived value and overall
satisfaction of our guests. Prepare sliced deli meats,
peel and slice fresh fruits, slice and dice fresh
vegetables into various shapes and sizes. Cut cheeses
into slices, cubes and wedges. Carve various objects out
of fruits and vegetables. Marinate, mix and season
salads, wash and clean lettuces. Prepare sandwiches,
canapés, and to-go items for Morsels. Must have a valid
DC Food Handlers Permit and ACF Certification or
equivalent. Must have the flexibility to work any
AM/PM/Overnight/Holidays/Weekends
