JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to: Restaurant Manager

 

Summary of Position: To assist waiters, delivering food to the guests' tables.

 

Primary Functions:
* To support waiters in delivering the best services to the guests.

 

Specific Accountabilities:
1. Expedite the ticket order to chefs.
2. Check dishes against orders, ensuring they are correct.
3. Serve the guests according to the standards and procedures.
4. Serve in order of the course wise.
5. Memorize tables numbers to match tables and food to be delivered.
6. Perform other duties as requested.

 

Required skills and Qualifications:
* Good communication skills.
* General food knowledge.
* Waiter skills.
* Multi-lingual preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
* Must be able to work standing on your feet for at least 8 hours.
* Periodical fast paced strides are required to go from one part of the property to others.
* Must be able to move, pull, carry and lift at least 50 pounds.
* Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required.

Color vision is required to determine the different products used in the restaurants and kitchen
