Job Description
Omni Hotels is seeking a Sunrise Cafe Supervisor.
Qualified candidate will assist the manager with the
daily operation of the restaurant. Candidate will assist
with training and supervision of all personnel to ensure
prompt and courteous service in a manner that complies
with company food and beverage standards.

Job Requirements
* Knowledge and experience with restaurant dining
service
* Must have a strong demeanor on the floor while
interacting with guest and associates
* Must have full knowledge of food and beverage
offerings (alcoholic and non alcoholic)
* Must be willing to delegate, teach, train and
inspect what you expect
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork at all
times with fellow associates, leading by example in
a hands-on approach.
* Provide 4-Diamond service to guests while
anticipating the needs of the guest and associate
* Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using
surnames when obtained with a sense of urgency.
* Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and
holidays
* Understanding of financial statements and labor
productivity
* Food Handlers and TIPS certified
