Job Description

* Prepare all acting station buffet items

* Responsible for consistency and quality production
of buffet station

* Prepare daily requisition for food area and daily
rotation of buffet food.

* Communicate with the chef to learn daily tasks and
ensure daily prep list is complete

Job Requirements

* Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities
within necessary time frame

* Excellent communication skills

* Knowledge of production requirements when needed in
specific work stations

* TABC and Food Handlers certification required

* Ability to work from 5:30am to 1:30pm including
weekends and holidays
