Job Description
Targeted start date is January 4, 2013.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for ensuring all
food and beverage outlets have the required quantities
of sanitizing equipment/supplies and staff to meet the
business needs of the resort. Responsibilities include
executing company and hotel policies, track and
calculating of stock, maintain all equipment to high
standards, and oversee staff. Previous experience in
high volume kitchen a must. Flexible schedule to include
weekends and holidays.
