Job Description
Prepares and cooks dinner for restaurant and room service.
Job Requirements
Must have prior line restaurant/hotel experience.
Ability to clearly
communicate and read order tickets. Have ability to work
on multiple
items at the same time. Clear understanding of food
safety and
sanitation. Understanding of cooking temperatures and
methods. Be
able to work on feet for long periods of time and
frequent lifting.
Function in a fast pace environment. Must be able to
work weekends
and holidays.
