Job Description

Successful candidate must be able to communicate with the Chef to
learn daily tasks and their coordination, and complete daily prep
list, performs work assignments to meet proper quantities within a
prompt time frame, be knowledgeable of all stations and of plate
presentations of all menu items, etc.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining and
banquets
or Culinary school graduate preferred. Must be able to
produce
and assist with production of hot and cold menu items
for service in
the restaurant, room service, and banquets.
