Chef Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing the overall kitchen function for this small college account. You will manage and lead a small team of employees and oversee all safety and sanitation at the account. You will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Manage cost controls and control expenditures.
- Plan and create nutritious menus.
- Purchase goods and manage inventory.
- Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Thompson Hospitality marketing and culinary team.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree preferred.
- Two to three years of culinary management experience.
- Previous catering experience helpful.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Desire to work with an industry leader.
- College experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends.
