Job Description

Omni Amelia Island Plantation is seeking a kitchen
supervisor for our culinary staff. The person will be
responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily
operation in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have
previous culinary supervisory experience in hotel/resort
environment. Candidate must have proven culinary skills;
degree from culinary school preferred. Candidate must be
able to train, lead, develop, and direct staff.

Job Requirements

Must have the ability to push and pull up to 75lbs and
lift 25 lbs regularly. Must be able to stand and walk
for up to 8 hours. Must have good oral and written
communication skills. Must have flexible schedule to
include nights, weekends and holidays.

Maintain a valid driver's license preferred.
