Job Description

Omni La Mansion del Rio Hotel is located in the heart of
downtown, along the banks of the historic San Antonio
Riverwalk, where history comes alive. Built as a school
by four brothers of the Society of Mary in 1852, the
Omni La Mansion del Rio opened its doors as a San
Antonio luxury hotel in April of 1968, just in time for
Hemisfair, the 1968 World Fair.

Along the banks of the San Antonio Riverwalk, across the
footbridge to the Omni La Mansion del Rio Hotel,
Watermark Hotel & Spa is a boutique hotel that redefines
luxury. With 99 luxury hotel rooms and suites, the hotel
has been named an "instant classic" by Conde Nast
Traveler.

The Watermark Spa is a 17,000-square-foot oasis that
re-defines spa luxury with its exquisite treatments,
stylish decor, and experienced therapists. As the only
world-class spa in the heart of downtown San Antonio,
its decor reflects a consummate blend of refined
elegance and sophistication.

Las Canarias is built on three levels that descend down
to the River Walk, the AAA four diamond Las Canarias is
known for its romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Sitting
under the graceful palms, watching the flow of the
river, or being caught up in the festivities of people
strolling by, diners are carried away to another place
and time.

Inspired by the endless bounty of water, a delectable
selection of international seafoods is served with
passionate flair at Pesca on the River, a highly
acclaimed San Antonio Riverwalk Restaurant. A
sophisticated ambiance, highlighted by a dramatic
stone-and-glass oyster bar, sets the tone for exquisite
terrace dining along the river. The finest selection of
wild fish, flown in from fresh around the world, is at
the heart of imaginative cuisine complemented by an
exceptional collection of vintage wines.

Essential Functions:

¨ Maintain all the refrigeration equipment in the
building.

¨ Maintain all HVAC equipment in the building
(guestrooms, public areas, function rooms)

¨ Provide technical assistance to other technicians as
necessary.

¨ Work on other equipment as needed.

¨ Maintain inventory and orders HVAC supplies.

¨ Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm
procedures and other emergencies.

¨ Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and
regulations.

Job Requirements

General maintenance, basic electricity, plumbing, and
HVAC commercial refrigeration systems experience.
