Job Description
To provide and maintain high quality standards and procedures in
preparing and serving all food and beverage outlets. Position
requires bending, continuous standing, pushing, pulling carrying
& lifting up to 70 lbs. Must have ability to work standing up in
a confined area for long periods of time in order to perform the
essential functions. Must have 2 yrs prior experience in similar food
and beverage operation. Position requires a working knowledge of
sanitation standards. Must be open to a rotating schedule between
kitchen departments as needed.
