1. Reporting to an event or function.

2. Completing assigned tasks for that event ? setting up
of tables, refreshments, desserts, buffets, hors d?
oeuvres, cooking or carving stations.

3. Preparing for the guests arrival.

4. The service of Food & Beverage Items.

5. Breaking down of events & functions at there
conclusion.

6. Leaving an event.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
by supervisors/managers.

EOE/M/F/V/D

Must be able to fluently converse & read English. Two to
four years of experience in a high volume banquet or
restaurant operation. Have a basic knowledge of Wine &
Beverage Service. Must be able to lift & carry banquet
trays, up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for
duration of shift [at least (8) hours].
