Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Field
Project Controller for the new Omni Nashville hotel
projected to open in 2013. This a project based position
with an anticipated completion date in March of 2013.

Responsibilities of the position include:

* Be the financial representative and maintain project
cost accounting system by ensuring that all budgets,
commitments, costs, change orders, progress
billings, and forecasts are entered timely and
accurately.

* Review all invoices for proper approvals, code
invoices to appropriate job and account codes, and
remit for payment.

* Reconcile the construction bank account monthly.

* Review job(s) monthly and prepare cost analysis
reports by project for Product Development.

* Reconcile the project accounting system to Omni
general ledger each month.

* Assist project manager and participate in all
project meetings.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have a strong working
knowledge of Microsoft applications. Oracle Project
Costing experience preferred. 2-3 years Construction
Accounting preferred. Previous Accounting experience
required.
