Job Description
Maintain security of hotel property; guests; associates.
Duties include:
* Patrolling the hotel (internal and external areas)
* Assisting guests with questions and concerns
* Working closely with all hotel departments
* Maintaining key controls for the hotel
* Conducting/Completing shift/investigative reports
for distribution
* Handling difficult situations in a professional
manner without direct supervision
Job Requirements
* Must have excellent customer service experience with
good written and verbal communication skills
* Must have good working knowledge of computers
(Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
* Must be able to work standing for up to 8 hours at a
time
* Must have a strong self motivation
* Prior hotel and/or security preferred
