The Hilton Garden Inn Center City Philadelphia is searching for an experienced Controller to lead our hotel's financial operations. This is a beautiful hotel located in Center City Philadelphia with 279 rooms and function space.
The Controller will oversee the daily functions of the Accounting department of a our hotel. The Controller will work on preparing the monthly financial statements, variance reports, G/L reconciliations, bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and other reports as determined by the Regional Controller.
Candidates must have prior hotel accounting and finance experience to be considered for this position. This is a decentralized accounting office.

Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have a four-year accounting degree plus hotel or hospitality accounting experience. Other requirements: the ability to effectively lead and direct the work of others, previous experience with the duties mentioned in the above job description, and considerable ability and skill with MS Excel.
