1. Provide the highest level of service at all times that exceeds our guest and member’s expectations. Develop clientele records to build guest and member relationships. 2. Utilize quality salesmanship to assist guests and members in making an informed decision and insuring total satisfaction with their purchase. 3. As a team member, achieve the store’s monthly and annual sales goal. 4. Clean all merchandise displays as needed to enhance the store’s visual presentation. 5. Keep shelves fully stocked at all times and communicate merchandise needs to your manager to insure maximum sales. 6. Responsible for all monies handled during shift including cash, checks, charges, traveler’s checks, gift cards, etc. Report any overages or shortages immediately to your manager. 7. Provide guest with quality gift-wrapping service and coordinate merchandise deliveries to the guest’s room at their request. 8. Communicate to your manager frequently requested items not currently stocked in the store to satisfy all needs of our guests and club members. 9. Practice safety standards and report all unsafe conditions to your manager. 10. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. 11. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/ managers. The associate must be motivated and a self-starter. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Position requires a high level of interaction with people, so a positive and pleasant demeanor is required. Must be a team player. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, or bend for duration of entire shift (at least 8 hours). Good computer skills.
