1. Greets and secures arriving vessels.

2. Maintain cleanliness of docks.

3. Distribute newspapers to transients.

4. Update weather board.

5. Fill out and maintain slip inventory sheets.

6. Organize patio chairs and tables.

7. Remove glassware, garbage from tables and relocate
accordingly.

8. Open and close patio umbrellas.

9. Retrieve office mail from upstairs mailroom.

10. Net any floating trash from basin.

11. Update office dockage board.

12. Check all incoming reservations against
availability.

13. Help maintain/clean MD or MDII when not in use.

14. Basic dock maintenance.

15. Put together welcome bags / maintain par value of
10 available.

16. Fill in as mate on Mizner?s Dream or Mizner?s
Dream II when requested.

17. Assist all vessels requesting help.

18. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/manager.
