The Host/Hostess is involved with preparing food and buffet according to operational policies and hotel and brand standards. This team member will understand and apply all hotel and brand safety and security procedures and local, county and/or city health department standards. Also, the Host/Hostess will enjoy attending to guests' needs to ensure food and beverages are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner.
