Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office you will develop, implement and manage Front of House Capital Purchasing programs for use in new restaurant development as well as existing restaurant resupply support.
You will also perform annual RFP’s on selected Capital vendors and provide recommendations to the VP of Capital Purchasing.
Other Duties Include:
Responsible for all furniture and fixtures programs with current and future business partners, cost, warranty, production lead time, quality, etc. to support existing and new restaurant base.
Support major initiatives with FOH expertise including Brand Transformation and Audio/Video rollout conversion with product and vendor sourcing and rollout execution.
Maintain the FOH Capital Cost template and review bid proposals for New Restaurant Openings (NRO’s) for the same. Assist with order and invoice entry when necessary.
Research and Develop alternative/value engineering ideas to reduce cost of goods and services. (Capital RFP Program).
Review and process consolidated invoices for national programs, where appropriate.
Provide summary of all programs, best practices and other deliverables by way of the RRGB Capital Purchasing Program file on disk (to share annually with FP’s) and in the share drive.
Minimum 5 years Restaurant Capital Purchasing Experience
Bachelors Degree Required
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Products – Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
Knowledge of Oracle Software preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
