Job Description

Omni Amelia Island Plantation is seeking an AM
Restaurant Cook III. This candidate will provide and
maintain high quality standards and procedures in
preparing and serving all food and beverage outlets.
Must be a self starter, able to work in fast paced
enviornment with minimal supervision, task oriented and
able to maintain a high level of speed of work while
maintaining accuracy, cleanliness nad safety standards.
Strong ala carte line skills. Must have ability to work
standing up for long periods of time. Must have prior
experience in a similar food and beverage operation, two
years preferred Position requires working knowledge of
sanitation standards.

Job Requirements

Position requires bending, continuous standing, pushing,
pulling, carrying and lifting up to 70lbs.

Complete daily prep and performs work assignments to
meet proper quantities within a prompt time frame.

Must have flexible schedule to include weekends.
