The Vail Cascade Resort & Spa is currently searching for a full time Room Service Server to join our team. The Server's primary role is to assist guests by taking and subsequently delivering their drink and food orders. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must ensure 4-Diamond quality of food, beverage, service and guest satisfaction. One year previous serving experience and desire to progress within the hospitality field preferred. Knowledge of touch screen POS systems. You must ensure compliance with all Colorado and local health and liquor codes. Basic wine knowledge. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. Must have strong customer service aptitude. Well developed cash handling and register skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations and be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
