Job Description

The historic four-diamond Omni Severin Hotel is proud to
announce the opening our our new restaurnt 1913.

A rustic, farm to table restaurant showcasing the foods
of yesteryear with the farms of today. Named in
recognition of when the hotel was founded 100 years ago
in 1913. Featuring local and regional food influenced
from restaurant menus that one would have experienced in
the early 1900's, and prepared from archived recipes,
signature local dishes that were prominent during this
time period in the Midwest.
Open Daily 4 pm to 12 midnight

Essential Functions:

* Knowledge of fine dining service.

* Must have full familiarity with menus.

* Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.

* Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.

* To polish and clean the water glasses in his/her
assigned station before opening hours.

* Perform any other duties as assigned by the
restaurant manager.

* To have dollies? underliners ready.

* To have artichoke fold napkins.

* Service to guests.

* Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using
surnames when obtained.

Job Requirements

First & Second Shift Available

* Must have 1 year of previous serving experience,
preferrably in an upscale environment.

* Must have a valid IN permit to serve alcohol and be
at least 21 years old.

* Must be able to meet the physical demands of
extended standing, walking, bending and lifting.

* Must meet standards of appearance.

* Must be able to provide genuine hospitality to
guests and co-workers.

Work Schedule & Availabiity Requirements:

* Work schedule varies based on business demands.

* Typical hours are

* First Shift is 6am - 3pm

* Second Shift is 4pm-11pm.

* At a minimum, candidates must be available to work
evenings Sat-Sun.

* There is some flexability Mon-Fri to work around
school schedules and other jobs.
