Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily service operations to ensure all hotel standards and policies are followed
* Prepare and follow up with the Food and Beverage revenue budget according to business forecasts
* Prepare all daily, weekly and monthly reports, budgets and business forecasts
* Liaise with Chefs regarding promotion programmes and cake shop products
* Handle guest complaints, comments and compliments
* Promote sales and up-sell discreetly
* Create and maintain a pleasant working environment and encourage team work
* Improve efficiency of the operations
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' working experience in hotel Food and Beverage with at least 3 years at a supervisory or managerial level in a similar environment
* Customer-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Good problem solving and guest complaint handling skills
* Good sales technique and knowledge of cost control and budgeting
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
* Able to work under pressure
* Computer literate
* Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
