Job Description
The Sous Chef ensures the efficient, effective operation of the
kitchen for Bob’s Steak and Chop House. Ensures that all food
items are prepared to standards and delivered on a timely basis.
Trains and monitors performance of staff.
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a Sous Chef is required. Formal
culinary training or experience in a steakhouse is
preferred.
