Job Description
Perform dealing services at assigned gaming table in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service. Maintain continuous security of assigned game at all times. Exchange customer's currency for gaming checks. Assists the customers in playing and ensure adherence to established rules, policies and procedures. Recommend changes to operational procedures to enhance overall effectiveness.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Requires satisfactory completion of Dealer training classes or previous dealing experience. Must have excellent verbal communication and sound knowledge of assigned game(s). Must have good math skills. Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented. This position requires the applicant to know how to deal the game of Baccarat or the willingness to learn the game within 6 months of hire. Classes will be given by Ameristar Casino. Must be able to abide by the company appearance standards and compliance with the designated uniform. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission Level 2 Gaming License.
