This position maintains the established standards of
performance, service, hospitality, cleanliness and
safety at Sunset Beach, South Beach and designated Pool
area operations at all times in order to maximize guest
Satisfaction and revenue. This position is responsible
for setting up and taking down beach chairs, umbrellas,
etc, renting watercraft items, selling retail items &
providing one-on-one service to each guest with towels,
& any assistance needed with beach and pool equipment.

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions,
bend, stretch, lift 60lbs. and stoop in order to set up
equipment daily. Must possess a valid Florida driver?s
license. Must be able to read, write, and converse in
English. Must have an outgoing personality and a clean,
neat appearance. Must be able to work a flexible
schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The
ability to make a decision in a timely manner when
handling guest requests and complaints is crucial.
