We are looking for a Billing Coordinator with a minimum 1 year's basic Accounting experience, as well as hotel experience preferred. Responsibilities include wholesalers billing, handling credit card inquiries, handling transient commissions, reviewing contracts and resumes for timeliness and accuracy of billing, and monitoring group accounts from check-in through check-out to ensure accuracy of billing. Excellent computer skills, organizational and communication skills also required. Scheduling is 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Full-time position only.
