Server Assistant for Thirsty Camel Lounge at The Phoenician Hourly Wage Plus Gratuity / Non-Exempt / Part Time Voted #1 Best Places to Work by Phoenix Business Journal! Be a Server Assistant at The Thirsty Camel Lounge and learn first hand what exceptional guest service is all about! We are currently searching for someone who can consistently provide personal and instinctive service, while assisting the service staff within the comfortable and enticing Thirsty Camel Lounge. The Server Assistant plays an essential part in delivering exceptional service to our guests. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant and lounge areas are cleaned and properly set for our Guests. The selected individual will also perform other food service related duties, including food and beverage deliveries, dish removal, and small ware organization and preparation. Exceptional communication skills and the desire to serve the public required. Previous experience, ideally within a high volume, fine dining environment preferred. Independent, chain, country club, or hotel outlet experience strongly recommended. The ability and enjoyment of working in a fast paced team environment are essential components to this hospitality professional's success. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays necessary. Clean and set up tables in the outlet and perform other food service related duties, including general cleaning and set up.
