Job Description
DUTIES:
? Willingness to accept the most effective role.
? Work directly with food & beverage managers and maintain inventory systems to assist in controlling costs.
? Maintain par levels of product based on occupancy.
? Place and maintain weekly product orders.
? Complete monthly inventory of all bar/beverage product.
? Meet with product representatives weekly and communicate any new information to food & beverage managers.
? Maintain daily and weekly cleaning checklists and uphold cleanliness and organization standards.
? Uphold high service standards according to Great Wolf Lodge quality for all employees.
? Communicate consistently and effectively with food & beverage managers.
? Communicate consistently with staff using communication log and verbal communication.
? Complete weekly and ongoing projects as communicated through food and beverage managers.
? Complete and have Bear Paw schedule approved at least 2 weeks prior.
? To meet the company appearance standards each shift including, but not limited to: proper personal hygiene, uniform, grooming and personal presentation.
? To be responsible for assigned till/ banks in their entirety, and any subsequent sales accrued during their assigned shift.
? To have the knowledge of basic coffee and specialty coffees including, but not limited to: The contents, preparation, ingredients and proper preparation of Cappuccinos, Lattes, Coffees and Espressos.
? To acquire the knowledge of the Confectionary’s working menu. Including preparation, ingredients, components and descriptions of each item individually. To properly sell and serve all listed menu items.
? The ability to list, prepare and serve properly each and every item including but not limited to: drinks, sandwiches, ice creams and confections on the Sweet Shop Landings Specialty Menu.
? To properly prepare service area to the specifications of the standard opening checklist. To properly close each service area to the specifications of the standard closing checklists.
? To maintain the cleanliness and organization of all service and guest contact areas.
? To completely and accurately prepare each day a requisition of product sheet for the bakery department. Said sheet should factor in occupancy trends and daily overages/waste of product. Sheets should be logged and tracked.
? To work as a functioning unit of the Food and Beverage department team in all areas of obligation.

? Flexibility in schedule and task processing. Ability to accommodate the Bear Paw needed scheduling requirements.
? Basic cash handling knowledge and accountability.
