The client service representative is a customer service professional who likes to make a difference to customers and build business for the company. This associate will be the liaison between sales and operations and will work in our Hayward location and travel to properties in the San Francisco Bay area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review daily reservation schedule and coordinate client Meet and Greets Conduct guest pre-arrival calls and track status, ensuring guests receive world-class customer service Responsible for key management including move-in and move-out packages, replacements and master keys Ensure customer satisfaction through pro-active communication and commitment to resolving customer issues/problems Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, support functions and the sales organization Respond to customer questions regarding properties, move-in/out procedures Troubleshoot phone, cable and internet issues Act as a liaison between District Office, Home Services and all after-hours companies; follow-up to ensure resolution Conduct site tours including escorting prospective residents around properties to introduce them to the community amenities and available units Participate in apartment walks and inspections prior to new resident move-in Special projects or other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Customer service experience and strong communication skills Experience in a client service focused position a plus Ability to present an "above and beyond" attitude Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of client contacts Self-motivated and a high comfort level with working independently A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and helping people Ability to organize multiple projects and execute solutions Communicate effectively internally and externally between multiple offices Ability to travel within the San Francisco Bay area with own car (mileage on the job reimbursed) Oakwood Worldwide offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.
