Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE:
To provide high quality administrative support to the family office and Love family members. Assist family office with family personal property maintenance, bookkeeping, insurance, family meetings and other family matters.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Bookkeeping for Love family members and other related personal entities
* Assist family members in coding and record keeping of corporate credit cards
* Serve as a liaison between property insurance broker, Love's corporate insurance department, and all family members; maintain and manage a database of property insurance policies to include policy limits, deductibles, and due dates
* Organize and help in preparing for and documenting family meetings to include quarterly family planning meetings, tri-annual sibling meetings, and annual family planning and education meeting
* Organize and help in preparing for annual family investment review meeting
* Monthly update of family investment spreadsheets
* Monthly update of family personal charitable contribution spreadsheet
* Monthly reconciliation of family and trust bank accounts
* Process household payroll and prepare federal and state payroll reports
* Bookkeeping for other family owned businesses and trusts as needed
* Prepare monthly deposit entries
* Help develop and maintain family office policies and procedures manual
* Maintain trust and individual permanent files
