| Job Description: | Overall Function: Specific Responsibilities: Be a visionary thinker to fulfill the mission and values of the company. Expand the current recruitment and selection process to ensure adequate candidates for future growth. Direct recruitment and selection process company wide. Develop, implement, and monitor corporate as well as remote location record keeping including personnel files, AAP, compensation, etc. Provide administrative direction and support to the design, development and promotion of cost effective benefit programs to include group medical, dental, life, STD/LTD, Wellness, etc. Direct, communicate and implement as needed actions and policy for regulatory compliance for and within local/state/federal jurisdictions. Develop, implement and ensure compliance for position skills and development training. Maintain, modify, recommend and develop company policy as necessary. Administer, maintain compliance, and negotiate union contracts as necessary. Direct, through HRIS, maintenance and development of human resources information system. Develop and maintain cost effective operations of all areas to include development and adherence to annual HR budget. Provide direction and support to a comprehensive wage and salary program that encompasses positions throughout company. Coaching employees throughout organization ranging in skill level from key executives to non-management staff. Monitor and maintain positive employee relations throughout organization. Direct, plan, and implement performance management. Process Improvement in all areas. Other Human Resource functions and other duties as assigned not specifically identified within this description. | Job Requirements: | Position minimum qualifications and requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree (or combination of equivalent education and experience) Experience: Minimum ten years in senior level generalist HR position with successful demonstration of broad knowledge of Human Resources, strong management skills, multi state/business unit experience, and comprehension knowledge of HR challenges of multi faceted divisional organization, formulating policy, developing and implementing strategies. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills Must be able to travel when and where and as long as necessary to fulfill responsibilities. Functional in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and related programs. High impact presentation skills. PHR SPHR certification a plus. Hotel industry experience preferred. Working Conditions: Typical for office environment, may require occasional weekend/evening work, reoccurring and ongoing travel required. EEO/AA M/F/D/V |
