Job Description
Organizes, orders and secures Food &Beverage, liquor and hotel
products in a timely and cost effective manner. Oversees a
staff of two purchasing clerks. Works closely with the
F&B Director, Chef and Director of Financial Services.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidate has good customer service and
computer skills. The position can require long hours and
a flexible schedule. Must have the ability to coordinate
and act as liaison between several departments.
