Job Description

The Omni Mount Washington Resort has a fantastic opportunity for one
who is passionate about hospitality!  The Rooms Division LID
(Leader in Development) is a 12 month training program that will
prepare candidates for a management career in hospitality and resort
operations, focusing on the rooms division.  Leaders in
Development are required to work 50-hour work weeks, functioning as a
Supervisor.  40 hours per week will be spent in the rooms
division department at the resort and another 10 hours will be spent
on the LID self-directed development program, which requires
scheduled meetings with resort department heads to complete learning
contracts.  In addition to their daily tasks and LID contracts,
the associate will provide support to the leadership team, gaining
valuable exposure to the complexity of a multi-faceted rooms
operation at a world-class resort.

Job Requirements

* Must have a college degree Bachelor Level
(preferably in Hospitality or related field)

* Must be able to work 50 hours per week

* Must be willing to relocate after completing the
year long program, to be placed in a management
position at another Omni Hotel, should the Omni
Mount Washington Resort not have an open position.

* Must have flexible availability, and be able to work
weekends and holidays

* Excellent customer service, communication and
problem solving skills are required. Candidates must
be comfortable using various computer systems,
answering a multi-line phone, and be able to
multi-task in a busy environment.

* Previous customer service experience is required,
hotel experience preferred.
