Position is open for Restaurant, Lounge & Banquet Servers. Positions available for AM, PM and Mid Shifts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


* At all times project a favorable image of Hotel to the public.

* Report to work on time and in complete uniform, including name tag, as prescribed by your Supervisor.

* Attend pre-meal meetings, as required.

* Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and clean condition and conform to proper set-up and sanitation standards.

* Have your station ready for service and inspected by a supervisor or manager before your station is opened for service and guests are seated.

* Learn all menu items and daily featured items, correctly presenting and up-selling all food and drink items.

* Know proper ordering and serving procedures and use correct data entry into the information system.

* Be available at all times to fulfill the needs of our guests. 

* Know and abide by the basic policies governing the Hotel.

* Be continually alert for the safety of all employees and guests, reporting any unsafe conditions to your immediate supervisor.

* Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing professional service and teamwork.
