Job Description

Begin Your Career with Omni Hotels and Resorts! The Omni
Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking a service and
detail oriented Housekeeping Houseperson.

Responsibilities Include:

*Ensure that assigned Housekeeping areas are kept clean
and fully stocked.
*Service assigned public areas to meet the expectations
of the Omni Standards.
*Ensuring that assigned linen room closets are stocked
at par.
*Emptying trash as needed.
*Keeping the chute rooms clean.
*Removing trays from guest room floors.
*Cleaning lobby areas, guest room corridors and elevator
landing areas.
*Moving furniture upon request.
*Fulfilling guest requests.
*To be familiar with guest scenarios and follow-up on
all guest requests and concerns.
*Completing any assignments by Housekeeping Management,
ISD operator and/or the Manager on Duty.
*Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames
when obtained
*Be actively engaged with our guests and deliver
memorable guest experiences
*Create unique, personalized WOW moments at every
opportunity

Job Requirements

Requirements Include:

*Previous customer/guest service, custodial,
housekeeping and/or hotel experience is preferred.
*Previous experience in high customer contact
environment; with previous experience answering customer
questions.
*Must possess the ability to multi-task in a busy
environment, follow through successfully on guest
requests, ensure guest satisfaction, and work as a team
player.
*Must be service oriented; possessing a friendly
approachable demeanor and good communication skills
*Posess a strong attention to detail with high standards
of cleanliness.
*Must be able to complete assignments satisfactorily
with minimal supervision
*The ability to stand/walk/bend often and for long
periods of time. The ability to lift/push/pull up to 50
lbs.
*Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights,
weekends and holidays. This position will include at
least two overnight (3rd) shifts per week.
