Job Description

Cook II: Candidate must possess strong knowledge of a
kitchen. Must be well organized and self motivated.
2-3 years cooking experience preferred in similar
working environment. Good working knowledge of at least
two line stations including but not limited to sauté,
broiler, pantry, and fry station. This position is
primarily outside but also responsible for working in
other culinary departments as needed including line,
pastry, banquets, grill and employee cafeteria. Culinary
degree or vocational schools certificate a plus. Serv
Safe Certified preferably.
