Job Description
The HR Coordinator provides administrative support for
the Human Resource Department, including pre-screening
of applicants, maintain accurate and consistent
Applicant Flow log Complete reference checks, and
criminal background checks of potential employees.
Maintain employee files and logs, up to and including
filing. Responsible for the accurate completion of all
new hire paperwork To include: application, verification
of I9 work status, W4 & State Tax documents, all
orientation paperwork, job description and data entry.
Prepare orientation paperwork. Answer phones and phone
inquiries.
Job Requirements
The HR Coordinator must be highly organized and have
strong oral and written communication skills. Must be
able to work in a highly confidential area, multi-task,
meet deadlines and be adaptable to a changing
environment. Previous experience in a 4 Diamond luxury
hotel highly preferred.
