Night Auditor is responsible for posting and balancing charges and settlements for room, restaurant and bar daily work; maintaining files; and resetting the systems for the next day's operations. This position requires basic knowledge of accounting operations, mathematical skills, and computing skills.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the front desk on 3rd shift, in addition to the accounting responsibilities. The night auditor is also responsible for assisting guests with any requests, checking guests in/out, making reservations as appropriate and answering the phone, all in a professional and courteous manner.


This position is a full time position that will work 3rd shift. Weekends and Holidays may be required.


Candidates must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong computer skills. Previous experience with Opera is a plus. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated customer service background, strong job tenure and the ability to work with little supervision. Candidates should be willing to go above and beyond to serve our guests with a positive and professional attitude. Previous experience in a Night Audit role or in a hotel setting is preferred. Excellent mathematical and computer skills are required.





The completely renovated hotel is located just two miles from General Mitchell International Airport, and is only eight miles from downtown Milwaukee and the Midwest Express Convention Center.
