Job Description

The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is currently
hiring cocktail servers for the 2013 season. We are
looking for evening HH Prime servers.

Duties include:

Greeting guests upon entering the restaurant.
Taking orders/offering meal suggestions.
Communicating with the kitchen team regarding any
special requests.
Working closely with bartenders to provide excellent
service to our patrons.

Delivering orders to the guests.
Clearing tables as needed.

Providing follow-up service to tables as needed.
Collecting and processing payments.
Setting tables for future guests.
Providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

* Ability to use a point of sale computer, communicate
effectively with customers and management and
up-sell food and beverage menus.

* Must have a flexible schedule, ability to work
weekends and evenings.

* Must obtain TIPS Alcohol Certification before the
first day of work.

* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
