Job Description
* Arrange the daily schedule for Chinese Executive Chef
* Deal with all incoming calls and mail for the Chinese Executive Chef
* Prepare menu, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation for Chinese Executive Chef
* Organize Job Chat and Appraisals for Chinese kitchen
* Organize Event Orders for Chinese Executive Chef
* Delivery and collection of correspondence within office
* Translation of all menus from Chinese to English and English to Chinese
Job Requirements
* With relevant experience would be an advantage
* Able to work independent
* Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
* Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese
