Job Description
To ensure that the organizational training and developmental needs of Team Members at all levels is met and an effective training effort is executed with measurement documentation systems in place to ensure learning is affected.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop, update and conduct various training programs on a regular basis for management and hourly staff.
* Develop and facilitate all internal company Team Member events including but not limited to Team Member of the Month/Year, Summer Event, Executive Car Wash, etc..
* Conduct training programs for all Team Members as required to support achievement of corporate and property goals. Develop and facilitate leadership development programs for all leaders.
* Responsible for effective implementation of the Orientation program for new Team Members.
* Responsible for effective implementation of the Food and Beverage Orientation program for new Food and Beverage Team Members.
* Oversee the implementation of the Coaching Partners Program.
* Ensure that all training is properly documented (i.e., checklists, testing, etc.). Track and record attendance, order supplies and materials, prepare materials and packets for all training.
* Help ensure that the alcohol awareness training program is implemented on an ongoing basis.
* Assist in compliance with all company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and government regulations.
* Pursue the professional development of self and Team Members.
* Foster and maintain positive Team Member relations in a supportive environment.
* Completeother assignments as required or directed.
Job Requirements
* Proven ability to develop and present effective training programs.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
* Casino or hospitality/guest service experience required.

* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with training issues.

Required Education and Work Experience
* College degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
* Two (2) years experience with “hands on” training and Team Member development.
* Two (2) years experience with F& B supervisory responsibilities preferred.
