Position: Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate has the capacity to handle all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. Complete knowledge of all day to day store operation procedures and POS.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Related Retail experience an asset.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
* Must have a professional appearance.
* Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak) with clear telephone skills.
* Merchandising competence with organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
* Natural ability to communicate with others; orally and written.
* Must be customer service oriented and possess the ability to up sell.
* Excellent hospitality skills.
