Job Description
Answer phones, type correspondence, and assist guest as needed.
Determine client’s needs and specifications for referral to a
Convention Services Manager. Process and distribute appropriate
paperwork to clients and hotel operational departments. Maintain
office equipment, order office supplies and general office
responsibilities necessary to operate a professional, clean and well
maintained office environment.
Job Requirements
2 years previous administrative experience, preferably
in a hotel environment. Must have excellent computer
skills including Microsoft Office and Delphi.
