Job Description
Located in northeastern Nevada, Cactus Petes Resort Casino and the Horseshu Hotel and Casino offer an exceptional gaming and entertainment experience. The properties feature nearly 29,000 square-feet of casino floor; two full-service hotels with over 400 well-appointed rooms and suites; five dining venues; three entertainment venues; 3,740 square-feet of meeting and event space; and a RV park with a myriad of services and amenities. The casinos consist of a complete selection of the newest and most popular slots and table games. Offerings include: More than 600 slot machines, including reels, video poker, video reels and video keno, two gaming pits featuring 20 table games, a seven-table live poker room, keno lounge and sports book.

The Star Awards Club allows members to earn awards and other exciting benefits.
Signing up for the program is quick, easy and free. Club points earned through tracked
slot and table game play can be redeemed for cash back, hotel stays and meals – even
on the same day of play. Club members are eligible, based on play, to receive monthly awards packages containing cash, bonus points, and restaurant and hotel coupons, along with information on upcoming promotions and events. Members may also qualify for exclusive VIP invitations to parties, tournaments and other special events.
The Star AwardsSupervisor oversees the scheduling, development and quality of service provided at the players club desk. Works side by side with the players club manager and attendants in greeting and answering guests questions as well as takes care of the guests needs in accordance with company policies. Trains and develops attendants talents and abilities to handle different situations while maintaining top quality guest service.
Job Requirements
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office products preferred.
