Job Description
As a Leasing Manager, you are the team leader. You?re responsible for working with your Community Manager to determine your property?s leasing/sales goals, and then leading and motivating your leasing team to achieve those goals. You?re also a key point of contact with customers ? whether they call your apartment property, visit online or visit in-person. You?ll spend a portion of your time connecting with prospects and successfully showcasing the advantages of our high-end properties.
Requirements
* Sales/leasing experience and/or 2 years of property management (strongly preferred)
* College degree (preferred)
* Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor a high-functioning team of leasing consultants
* Warm, engaging, inviting personality
* Friendly, energetic, with great people skills
* Easily connect with a variety of people
* Excellent at both phone and in-person sales
* Appearance and demeanor appropriate for upscale properties and clientele
* Self-motivated and hard-working
* High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment
