Job Description

This is an entry level position and basic knowledge of
plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, drywall and
texture is required.

Able to use ladders, hand tools and power tools.
Occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds and frequent
lifting of up to 25 pounds. Walking, kneeling, climbing
stairs and ladders, sitting for short periods of time,
able to work on knees for short periods of time.

Job Requirements

Read, write and speak English.

Flexibility of schedule to be able to occasionally work
evenings and weekends.

Excellent customer service skills

Prior skils or experience that is relevant to building
maintenance
