Job Requirements
Must posses strong skills in both hot and cold
preparations. Prior
high volume culinary experience producing bulk stocks,
soups and
sauces. Grill, saute and roast meats for plated and
buffet
presentations. Prepare hot and cold hors d'oeuvres,
plate salads and
desserts.
