| Job Description: | Fairway gourmet/grocery store is looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor.
Responsibilities include overseeing a fast paced, busy cafe that serves sandwiches/hot entrees/beverages during all store hours; training and scheduling staff; setting up food counters; working with kitchen on prepared foods; keeping labor costs within budget and waste to a minimum; making sure that counter food is properly cooked and served |
| Job Requirements: | Candidates must have minimum 1 year Supervisory experience in a fast paced, high volume cafe; must be an experienced cook and computer literate; must be well versed in food safety procedures and regulations |
